Collective Impact Strategist Design for Transformation @The Biomimicry Institute
The Design for Transformation project seeks to better understand and demonstrate how nature-inspired solutions can drive the next generation of textile materials and textile waste transformation systems. I support the D4T team and network of partners to establish and drive collective impact best practices across multiple global pilots in order to accelerate aligned progress toward the D4T mission: To use biomimetic system principles to demonstrate the sequential breakdown of apparel into new nutrient cycles by converting textile waste into novel, marketable feedstock for biocompatible materials in multiple regions.
