My passion lies in managing large-scale portfolios and leading high-performance teams to exceed revenue targets while minimizing exposure on the expense side. During my tenure as Regional Vice President at PS Business Parks, I successfully managed a 5.9 million sq. ft. portfolio, delivering over $40 million in annual revenue, and achieving a 65%-70% tenant retention rate year over year.A few of my key achievements include- Leading a team that closed over 200 transactions annually, generating $41 million in rent consideration- Boosting occupancy from 86.54% to 94.33% within a 12 month period- Overseeing due diligence efforts that grew the Austin portfolio from square feet to nearly 2 million square feet - becoming the second largest institutional owner in the Austin market- Developing long-lasting relationships with the brokerage community that supported our leasing success.I\'m passionate about all things REAL ESTATE and nothing motivates me more then executing strategies that drive value creation.When I\'m not hard at work, you will find me at the baseball field cheering on my son.
