Responsible for business development, assessing social impact of borrowers, preparing initial credit memoranda, and maintaining a portfolio of existing loans. Primary duties include: leveraging a professional network and marketing skills to create and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective borrowers (for‐profit and non‐profit social enterprises), as well as strengthening relationships with an assigned portfolio of current borrowers. Responsible for creating and executing plans for meeting portfolio balance targets and budgetary goals with an eye toward creating social change within the assigned RSF focus area.
