I have more than two decades of experience in State and Local Government, Healthcare, Life Sciences, K-12 and Higher Education. I am dedicated to the next decade of transformational change, helping the State and Local Governments achieve a trusted view of citizens and the services being provided as legacy systems are modernized. Proudly, over my career have been part of improving officer and public safety by integrating CJIS to CLETS, Megan\'s Law offender data base and Amber Alert. I was part of providing better citizen access to Government services in launch the ca.gov portal, license renews for barbers, stylists and contractor trades. Also I have help drive reduction of fraud by improving capabilities at Franchise Tax Board, Enterprise to Data to Revenue (EDR) that resulted in $8 billion in tax revenue being collected in the first year of the program.Driven by the need to succeed and cultivate the best values in my client teams that produce outcomes that exceed expectations. The result of this approach is demonstrated by successful client projects that have enabled better services to citizens, enabled better healthcare, and improved educational outcomes. Innovative and thought leadership in collaboration with the client\'s vision has been the central focus serving a successful career.
