Reporting to the CTO, responsible for creating, evangelizing, and implementing Architecture and Standards function in the Solutions, Innovations, and Architecture organization. The Architecture and Standards team provides enterprise-class integration and a modern, consistent, and world class user experience for our solutions while delivering value to our clients. • Responsible for leading the solution architects and guiding cross-business-unit platform integration, architecture, and design standards. The Architecture and Standards team establishes standards and guidelines to ensure technology cohesiveness across the business units. • Organizational lead in defining technical solution standards, designing reusable microservices architecture, and driving an integration strategy through Unisys Connect, an enterprise-class integration platform embedded within Unisys’ SaaS products. • Accountable for collaboration with business-unit solution leaders to foster a culture of partnership and teamwork. • Released 75+ standards related to architecture and DevSecOps. • Helped built a new and centrally governed DevSecOps environment in Azure ADO to consolidate more than individual Azure ADO accounts into one. • Evangelized and launched APM (Application Portfolio Management) platform in order to provide an enterprise-wide view of Unisys\'s business capabilities and all the different products/applications/solutions/tools that support them. • Working on introducing Architecture Review Board (ARB) in collaboration with all the business units to streamline both buy and build process.
