Growing up on the Northwestern Coast of Mexico means an immediate and constant immersion in foods and flavors from my mother\'s cooking, community festivals, and local restaurants. I guess I\'m a foodie by birth. So, it didn\'t surprise anyone when I pursued my Bachelor\'s in Food Engineering.or my Master\'s in Innovation. But it wasn\'t long until I realized my true passion - developing the right strategies to drive profitable growth in food flavor sales.I love travelling for work and pleasure.and have literally been around the globe between the two.
