ABOUT AMELIA ANTOGNELLI

I am a pragmatic, strategic and enthusiastic HR practitioner, who has extensive generalist business partnering experience in both strategic and operational HR areas including: recruitment and onboarding, HR policies and procedures, performance management, employee relations, high performance, culture and engagement, Awards and Fair Work Act compliance, advice and guidance, remuneration and payroll compliance, reward and recognition, talent management, learning and development, restructure and redundancy and HR practices as a result of my broad experience in both blue and white collar workforces. Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, I was the sole HR representative on the Crisis Management Team working with senior executives to ensure risk mitigation and ensuring a safe working environment. More recently, I have enjoyed playing a key role in the establishment of our new Energy business and partnering with leaders across Singapore, Houston and New Zealand.Experienced as a Non-Executive Director in the Not for Profit sector, I have added value in building board governance on people related matters and board appraisals and evaluation. Working closely with the executive team I played a key role in the transformation of reporting of risks and matters of concern for the board. Known for my ‘common sense’, business led approach, I deliver successful people strategies in complex working environments and am highly motivated to deliver commercial outcomes to help the business succeed in delivering on strategy.
