Project Manager @Project Equity

San Francisco, CA, US

As Project Manager at Project Equity, I lead cross-functional projects that expand employee ownership models and strengthen small business ecosystems. I manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision while collaborating closely with partners and stakeholders to design solutions that reflect the needs of diverse communities. I oversee project tracking using tools like Asana and Google Workspace to streamline workflows and improve accountability, and I build systems that support clear communication and documentation. I bring a proactive approach to anticipating risks, adapting strategies, and keeping projects on track—all while supporting team cohesion and contributing to Project Equity’s mission of building a just and inclusive economy through practical and scalable project design.
