Responsibilities: Manage NEO Studio (a division of Fox) Crew and Studio Production Facilities Oversee all new studio freelance production Oversee and staff all aspects of new studio vendor hires Manage placement of crews on each show (Staffed 7871 freelance studio positions in 2014) Supervise training in all studio positions Oversee scheduling of all crew on show builds/VIZ builds Prepare and create new show budgets/rate cards Schedule control room and studios based on producer needs Meetings/Discussions with the coordinating producer, director, and producer prior and during a new show/current show to come up with training and in house show needs…meaning schedules, crew, facility, and equipment needs. Produce/ Distribute in house studio crew call schedules for each show according to schedule released Manage/ Schedule/ Produce/ Distribute PCR/ Studio Schedule related to all shows and in house shoots Manage changes to all studio show schedules Process weekly payroll/payments and daily timecards for all studio freelancers Process weekly reports to stay on budget Purchase all studio supplies needed Hire and oversee catering for all shows when needed Negotiate rates with all crew hired within established budget guidelines Assist director, talent, host, and coordinating producer on show needs prior to show day and on show day Manage all studio inventory, lights, and prop list Small studio set changes…. lighting, duratrans, frames, and such Project monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets/forecast for all new and current shows, equipment purchased, and crew utilized, Project monthly, quarterly, and yearly actuals for all new and current shows, equipment purchased, and crew utilized NASCAR and FOX Sports South Representative Process all Studio/Operation related invoicing through AP Workflow….Coding for approval
