Working as a QA/QC & QMS region Lead.• Ensuring and monitoring the QMS implementation, process & Compliances at multiple projects through PMC/In-house team.• Assisting HO team and TP Consultants to develop/revise QMS processes like Quality manual, TOC for QMP, Standard Checklists for different activities, Work/activity sequence, ITP, WIP etc.• Review/Issue daily site observations & Non Conformity to site engineers against wrong practice of work at site and ensure the compliance in given frame of time depending upon the severity of Non Conformity & also review the RCA, Correction actin & corrective action. • Quality PQ for new vendors before on boarding.• Quality related inputs to design team for upcoming projects.• Innovative Cost Optimized Quality ideas to the management.• Incorporating sustainability in construction activities ensuring quality parameters. • Review method statements WMS & checklist for all construction activities as per GFC drawing/project specifications.• Inspecting building raw materials (factory Visit) and construction activities including Structure, finishing & services of all sites in region.• Communicating for approvals of construction material\'s sample and prepare submittals. • Attending Monthly Quality Review Meeting with Contractor and discuss the issues at site regarding quality of work executed to prevent its recurrence.(Snagging of structure and finishing activity before handing over to FM team ).• Review monthly Training plan of the projects and ensuring its adherence at projects.• Review MIS,Monthly Project Quality Report, NC tracker & Compliance, Correction action, Corrective action, Quality walk report and it’s compliance, ATR report, Mix stipulation & Design, Cost Optimization, MIR, Cost of Poor quality of all projects in the region.
