About Amanda Bell

My passion lies in executive coaching and leadership assessments for high exposure hires and next-in-line leaders. My work often supports other strategic initiatives including succession planning, family-business planning, and high potential leadership development. I like to say there is no such thing as \"perfect leadership\". Rather, leadership success depends on the outcomes one must achieve to succeed and who they are trying to become as a person while doing it. This work is a series of important conversations that depend on understanding the history, the system, and the industry. I specialize in family enterprises, commercial real estate, manufacturing, restaurants, hospitality, aerospace/engineering, and healthcare. My research publications focused on the relationship between stress, motivation, and leadership. My understanding of employee recovery and burnout is reflected in my coaching and consulting.
