ABOUT ALI MAHDIPOUR-SHIRAYEH
As a member of Data Science Acceleration team, I play a hands-on role in driving data science innovation across the Roche organization. I lead complex projects that leverage advanced data science, machine learning, deep learning, AI and Gen AI/LLM to accelerate drug development, improve patient outcomes, and optimize business operations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical, biometrics, and real-world evidence experts, I ensure the scalability, robustness, and regulatory readiness of data-driven solutions. I am also responsible for mentoring other scientists, shaping Roche’s data science strategy, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
