Created CEO and executive messaging to communicate enterprise strategy and vision to McDonald’s and other key stakeholders. Led communications for major corporate transformations—aligning teams, guiding leaders through change, and driving engagement across the organization. Supported the General Counsel on compliance reporting and developed a crisis communications playbook adopted across all owned entities Partnered with Morgan Street Holdings investment team to support communications for new ventures and portfolio companies. Contributed to high-profile recognition including Deloitte’s U.S. Best Managed Companies (5 consecutive years), Crain’s Chicago Coolest Offices 2023, positioning CEO for EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2023
