Digital Project Manager & Account Manager @Springload Te Pipītanga

Wellington, NZ

Springload is a digital agency with a human centered-focus, creating digital products for a range of businesses and government bodies. My role is a mixture of Service Delivery, Team Facilitation, Project Management & Relationship Management. I manage the delivery of multiple digital projects, including scope, planning and delivery. I coordinate with clients and the internal team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget. I maintain and project budgets and reporting requirements, and alongside the team ensure the strategy, scope and direction of the project is feasible. I\'ve delivered & worked on projects with Springload for Te Papa, Climate Change Commission, ENZ Wonder Project, Engineering NZ, Commerce Commission, Meridian Energy & the Internet Engineering Taskforce. Of particular note is the new site for Te Papa - kotuia.org.nz which has been nominated as a finalist in 2x categories for the 2023 Best Awards. Initially hired as a Delivery Manager, due to my extensive background as an Account/Relationship Manager, after 6 months my role was formally merged into a dual role (aka a Web producer).
