Hire, develop, engage, coach, and manage a high-performing recruiting team in a high volume, fast paced, changing environment. Recruit and train new recruiters. Ensure they are set up for success by providing adequate training, tools/resources and ongoing developmental feedback and coaching. Foster a working environment that promotes positive employee engagement, collaboration, innovation, optimal productivity, and continuous learning. Establish, communicate, and manage team and individual performance goals/metrics, timelines, and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress and improve recruitment activity. Oversee the sourcing, interviewing and hiring of employees for respective client groups while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel. Provide leadership in search strategy, candidate sourcing, screening/interviewing, and translating business needs into talent and recruitment strategies that are up to date, effective and results orientated. Ensure the recruitment process is completed in an efficient and professional manner, minimizing the time to hire to create a positive candidate experience. Leverage analytics to drive business decisions for overall operations effectiveness including but not limited to predicting hiring needs, managing team workload, and measuring strategy effectiveness – sourcing, interview/testing/hiring processes, posting strategies. Serve as the subject matter expert in recruitment and provide guidance and feedback on best practices, trends and appropriate sourcing/interviewing strategies. Partner with client group leaders and hiring managers to execute and build hiring plans and deliver to hiring goals.
