My day to day varies depending on the type of project I\'m working on, but generally includes- Matching business requirements and strategic vision against technical capabilities and potential development options- Building backlogs and roadmaps that represent iterative journeys towards strategic objectives- Helping people understand the art of the possible via user journey maps, interactive wireframes and product demonstrations- Championing the agile process and establishing ways of working on engagements.
