I am a seasoned aerospace engineer and technical consultant with a distinguished career spanning over three decades in the aerospace and defense industry. My expertise is showcased in my role as a Network Member/Expert at GLG, where I leverage my extensive experience to provide insights on complex business challenges related to satellites, thrusters, hypersonics, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. I am a proven dynamic leader and have heavily contributed to and influenced the fields of aerospace engineering, Prior to joining GLG, I served as an Aerospace Engineer/Subject Matter Expert Hypersonics at Arcfield, demonstrating my deep technical prowess in cutting-edge aerospace technologies. My many leadership roles at Moog Space and Defense Group highlight my ability to lead diverse teams and drive operational excellence across various departments. I have a hands-on approach to leadership that has resulted in significant contributions to the manufacturing operation concerning assembly, testing, and production of rocket engines. I also excel in supervising cross-functional teams while managing department budgets and implementing continuous improvement projects that enhance efficiency gains and cost savings. I have led many leadership training sessions and am passionate about teaching in areas of lean manufacturing, six sigma and failure analysis techniques such as Design of Experiments (DOE), fish bone analysis and FMEA exercises.As an alumna of the University at Buffalo with an MSAE focused on Aerospace, Thermodynamics and Hypersonics along with a BSAE from the University of Michigan specializing in Aerospace and Hypersonics, I have demonstrated academic excellence coupled with real-world application. In addition, I have completed the majority of coursework toward an Executive MBA at the University at Buffalo which further honed my strategic planning skills.
