In my current role, I lead the development of K–5 literacy assessments used by over students across more than 90 schools. I’ve built assessments in Illuminate and Performance Matters AMSs, ensuring accessibility and alignment with district priorities. My work includes creating test blueprints, crosswalks, rubrics, and tech-enhanced items, all grounded in best practices and the latest research.Beyond assessment design, I partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop training resources and supports for educators and school leaders, including slide decks, how-to videos, and guidance documents. I currently support 25 elementary schools, including district identified High Priority Schools, with administering assessments and interpreting data. I continuously incorporate educator feedback to improve both resources and district-level assessment strategies.
