I work with clients in the communications, media and high technology industries to improve Product Development outcomes through issue diagnosis, operating model design, process optimization, technology enablement and change management. Having moved to consulting after a successful career in mobile device development, I really enjoy mixing up the latest thinking from Deloitte with practical lessons learned the hard way from twenty years in industry.
