A few years ago, after having my 4th child (all boys), I found myself exhausted, unmotivated, unhappy and desperate for a change. I had decided to be a stay home mom for several reasons but mainly, I just wanted to BE there for my boys and I didn\'t want to miss out on things that I had in the past. Up until that point, I had always worked outside of the home. It was such a blessing to be able to stay home, I had an amazing family.but something was missing. I felt like I was just going through the motions, dragging day to day and without a true purpose. On top of that, I had no energy or \'get up and go\' to do the things that needed to be done or spend quality time with my family. At first, I just thought it was all part of being a stay home mom of my age.that was how I was supposed to feel, right? I was then introduced to something by a friend of my mom (who is now one of my dearest friends) that has completely changed my life. I now know that it doesn\'t have to be my normal to feel run-down or unmotivated. To feel like I\'m failing my kids as a mom. I was shown how my body is designed to feel. What I was given, was hope. I was given the chance to be the mom my kids deserved, the partner my other half deserved.and the person that I deserved. I have my happiness back and I am now living my life with PURPOSE and it\'s one of the best feelings in the world. I enjoy sharing this journey with others with the hope that I can help make a positive impact in THEIR lives. Being able to build my own business from home (or the baseball field, grocery store.wherever I may be), has truly been a blessing and I strive to help others find the same freedoms that I have.
