Deployed the program across all functions and monitored to ensure participation and sharing of good practices. Successful implementations shared through the Proven Practice program have brought $2.8M in savings across Cluster sites in 2021.• Strategic Leadership: Decision Support Leader (DSL) for the SM API Group, providing support and structure to the Group Leadership Team performance management cadence- Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Agent:* Our Voice / Our Credo Survey 2021 & 2022 Champion for the Small Molecule Platform (10 sites in total - located in Latin America, North America & EMEA)- Responsible for raising awareness and engagement in Our Voice Survey among employees throughout our organization by sharing information with business leaders, monitoring participation rates, by guiding and coaching individual Site Champions on employee engagement and by coordinating efforts with Communication partners and other area Champions.* Women Leadership & Inclusion (WLI) Lead for the Janssen Athens Site during 2021.
