ABOUT ALICE LESAFFRE
Scientist by heart, with high business sensitivity, I am passionate about Innovation strategies; in a time where it is more than needed, I believe in their ability to impact the world positively. From China to Africa to France, I have driven entrepreneurial missions for world-class companies: explored new markets, decoded local consumers\' needs, built Innovation roadmaps, scaled and executed breakthrough launches. On global roles, I have taken care of massive portfolio (>400 formulae,~100 launches / year), and lead significant organisational transformation aiming at decentralising the development activity for a better consumer relevance.Across these experiences I managed to attract, recruit and develop talented local team-members who have later demonstrated international potential. From one culture to the other, I naturally adjusted my management style and successfully organised cross-fertilising cooperation between local and global spheres.(Team size from 2 to 50)Two strategic partnerships (3 years comitments) in my latest experience demonstrate my ability to build synergies: to unite strengths and skills from diverse partners, I promote ambition as the common north star, and reciprocity on a daily basis. Those principles are central in the ecosystem building exercise I am currently working on as a volunteering project. I now aim at contributing to a better world, by using Innovation to transform our systems towards circular/ regenerative economy. I believe it is still possible!
