So, long story short, I’m an engineering leader and manager with over 15 years of experience in product and game development, tech innovation, team management, and Agile practice. I have successfully led groups of 120+ engineers at Mosaic and Wargaming, building top weather apps and games. Also, I thrived in the fast-paced environment of a startup, Juno. I’m passionate about mastering new technology, diving into business details, developing teams through coaching and mentoring, and implementing robust tech solutions that enhance product performance. I believe in DevOps and TOC approaches that help build genuine Agile organizations. I started as a software engineer when Nokia was the market leader, and you needed to know Java and C++ to build mobile apps. As the industry evolved, so did my skills, leading me to contribute to creating products for iOS and Android platforms and later to building cloud-based solutions. My career path was paved by two main interests: how all kinds of systems work and what it takes to make an outstanding team. I am a member of AgileLAB, an organization that unites professionals worldwide and provides Agile education and coaching to individuals and teams across various industries and domains.
