ABOUT ALI GUTIERREZ

As a professional in both Hospitality and Entertainment, I am creative individual who holds collaboration, story telling, and memory making at the heart of everything I do. While pursuing my Bachelor\'s Degree in Acting at University of Southern California, I fell in love with Hospitality. To me, true hospitality is making guests feel welcomed and displaying the genuine care one might give to a member of their own family. While I have spent a majority of my my career in hospitality with Hillstone restaurant group, a company best known for their impeccable dining experiences and standards of service, I also had the incredible opportunity to open Montage International\'s Pendry Newport Beach where I met my love of travel and different cultures with my passion for excellent service. In addition to my operation experience, I freelanced with Mucho, an international Brand Design Agency, as a Business Development Director to generate and manage new clients in the hospitality sector. I currently am a Restaurant Operations Manager at Hillstone. Beyond my hospitality experiences, my artistic pursuits as an actor, singer and model provided me with credits in New York in venues such as New York City Center, 54 Below, and New York Fashion Week. I also am an active alumnus of USC, where I have served on the Alumni Association\'s Young Alumni Council since graduation and most recently the USC Women\'s Conference Committee.
