Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions based on company needs- Conduct manpower planning and collaborate with users to ensure timely and high-quality fulfillment of workforce requirements- Source candidates through job portals, social media, campuses, job fairs, and internal databases- Conduct CV screening, HR interviews, psychological tests, and coordinate user interviews- Prepare and analyze recruitment reports (time to fill, cost per hire, candidate sources)- Manage the candidate database and ensure completeness of recruitment administration- Actively contribute to employer branding and mass recruitment (walk-in interviews, job fairs)- Ensure recruitment processes comply with SOPs, company policies, and good corporate governance principles- Collaborate with the HR team to support development programs and organizational needs.
