We acquire properties being leased to renewable energy projects (solar, wind, and battery storage facilities);2. We are able to acquire land under earlier-stage projects that have not yet achieved notice-to-proceed; and3. We have approximately acres of raw land available for lease to renewable energy projects. Much of this land is highly desirable and we have entered into lease options with solar projects on approximately acres.
