Experience Includes:Nuclear Company: As the Business Change Lead, Alex played a key role in a program that implemented three SAP Ariba Modules at a Nuclear company. Despite tight deadlines, he conducted stakeholder analysis, created two change impact assessments, developed a set of personas, and created a change strategy and plan for the program, all while mentoring two junior Change Managers. His successful outputs and the strong relationships he fostered were recognised as essential to the project’s overall success.Utilities Company: As the Business Change Lead for two major projects at a utilities company, Alex first oversaw the migration of all legacy SharePoint sites to Microsoft 365. He coordinated engagement with over 600 SharePoint site owners and approached sensitive business-critical sites with care. He managed these responsibilities under considerable pressure and faced significant resistance due to the project\'s tight deadlines. His second project involved Data Classification, affecting all employees in the company. He developed the change strategy, change plan, communication materials, and extensive training resources to assist users.UK Defence Contractor: Alex acted as the Business Change Lead for a pilot project that involved deploying Office 365 (with SharePoint) and laptops within a secure environment. He managed all interactions with key stakeholders and pilot users, compiled business readiness assessments, oversaw the deployment timeline, and organised and conducted laptop training sessions.Government Agency: As a Business Change Manager for a project that upgraded Office 365 for over employees across the client’s estate, Alex worked on all aspects of business change throughout the project, ensuring a smooth transition into business as usual (BAU).
