Identify toys and media entertainment industry trends and disruptors, analyze financial impact, and present solutions to support the design and implementation of initiatives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Research, Product Management, and Marketing to support our budgeting and forecasting process. • Serve as an industry expert for the toys and digital and physical home entertainment landscape including the forecasting of domestic and international direction for the company’s five year plan. • Create and present consumer/home entertainment insights to executives to influence decision-making and go to market strategies. • Develop models using quantitative and qualitative measures to ensure the accurate distribution of products and potential profitability of deals with third parties. • Prepare competitive analysis and post-mortem analysis to determine areas for optimization and improvement.
