ABOUT ALEX BUCHANAN
During my tenure at Engage2Excel, I have lead project teams in the IT implementation of client reward and recognition programs. I am passionate about delivering solutions that align with corporate values and reach defined objectives, while ensuring quality control, risk assessment, and stakeholder satisfaction. I hold certifications in Project Management (PMP), Scrum Product Ownership (CSPO), Certified Recognition Professional (CRP), SAFe Product Ownership and Level IV Pragmatic Marketing for Product Management. I value lessons learned from all these disciplines which contribute to my thinking and decision-making.In addition to my role at Engage2Excel, I am also a Board Member and the Chair of Communications at The Kanawaki Golf Club, where I have been a member since 2006 and a volunteer leader since 2012. I have implemented a new interactive website and mobile tool, a cloud-based solution for managing club information, and a modernization of processes and suppliers, which have resulted in increased member engagement, revenue, and reduced overhead. I enjoy applying my IT, communications and product management skills to enhance the club\'s operations and community.
