Management of the preparation of proposals and work orders for domestic and international clients at a biopharmaceuticals contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO)- Initial project planning for Phase GMP process development/(re-)supply and commercial manufacturing- Coordination of the technical team- Structuring proposals - Integration of external service offerings- Preparation of initial project timelines and payment schedules- Confirmation of production slots (S & OP) and material lead times (SCM)- Participation in client calls and site visits- Establishment/improvement of processes and tools (e.g. templates)- Modalities: biologics (antibodies, hormones, etc.) and ATMPs (cell therapy, AAVs, EVs, mRNA, etc.)• Change management- Representing Sales in corporate initiatives (e.g. development of new service offerings)- Driving discussions with internal and external stakeholders • Co-responsible for strategic reporting to measure the success of proposals• Competitor analysis• Independent generation of content such as texts and graphics• Creation and execution of trainings for stakeholders intersecting with the Sales process
