ABOUT ALEN JOHN ALEX

As a product manager at Exasol, the world\'s fastest database for analytics and data warehousing, I collaborate with senior product managers, stakeholders, and customers to deliver user-centric solutions. I am also pursuing my Master\'s degree in Innovation and Technology Management at Hochschule Harz, where I learn how to apply cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to solve complex problems. I have a strong background in project management, having led and supported various projects in different domains, such as customer analytics, user experience, SaaS, and professional events. I have also established a project management framework with the PMO, ensuring a consistent and efficient process across the organization. I have honed my communication and presentation skills through speaking at international conferences, conducting training, and facilitating workshops. I am passionate about self-reflection and improvement, and always seek feedback and opportunities to learn new skills. I am a positive thinker with extensive exposure to international and intercultural teams, having worked and studied in different countries and settings. I always try to bring a friendly and authentic atmosphere to any environment, and empower others to be themselves, too. In my free time, you can find me exploring new cultures and cuisines or getting lost in a good book.
