For over 17 years, I’ve been connecting the worlds of technology, HR, and people not to change organizations on paper, but to make change stick.I’m a Change Management and DEI Consultant with an extensive experience across global projects for companies such as SAP, Accenture, Capgemini and AON.If you’re curious about HR Transformation, organizational culture, or inclusive leadership, you’re in the right place. Who I Am?With a background in Cultural Studies and Sociology, I’ve always been fascinated by how people function in groups, communicate across cultures, and how organizations can better understand diversity and intercultural communication. What once seemed like a “soft” background became my biggest strength: the ability to design change initiatives grounded in data, empathy, and human behavior.🧩 My Perspective?Diversity is my everyday reality. Both professionally and personally. Living in a neurodiverse family taught me empathy, adaptability, and how to design environments that embrace different ways of thinking, working, and reacting to change.This perspective allows me to guide leaders in building inclusive, psychologically safe cultures where people genuinely thrive. What I Do?I bridge the human side of change with the strategic side of business.I specialize in change strategy, internal communication, leadership enablement, and DEI integration. For me, transformation isn’t a project. It’s an ongoing process that shapes employee experience, talent retention, and organizational effectiveness.
