Management of the relationship with the client (top management, e.g: CEO and CFO) and with the other parties involved in the project (banks, legal and tax advisors, auditors, buyer/seller and related advisors, board of directors, etc.);• Direct responsibility for the management of the project, for meeting client needs and achieving the client full satisfaction;• Organisation and planning of the activities of the project, co-ordination of multifunctional teams;• Identification of new commercial opportunities for both clients and potential clients;• Responsibility for the periodical valuation of the team members involved in the projects and for the timely and direct delivery of the feedback.
