High-performance junior tennis development is rarely limited by effort. It is shaped by decision-making, sequencing, and clarity across the player’s environment.Most pathways do not fail dramatically — they drift. Not through lack of commitment, but through misalignment, overcorrection, and unclear priorities.My work focuses on providing clear direction across a player’s development — technically, tactically, physically, mentally and competitively — ensuring that progress is stable, deliberate, and aligned with the demands of the modern game.The Coach Mum / Dad program is the primary way families engage in this work.Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.Background - As the founder of Muscillo Tennis Academy, I have an extensive amount of both national and international experience. I have established a philosophy that has a proven track record across all levels of the game, with both females and males, and have become a leader in player development.I\'ve developed players that have competed in:Grand Slams (juniors and open), Won Junior ITF G1 Titles, Had successful Nationals campaigns, Represented their Country and Won Titles in Futures/Tour events.I have coached in over 35 different countries and worked for many National Federations and International Academies including the ITF and IMG Bollettieri\'s.I have also played extensively myself achieving a highest ITF Ranking of No. 4 in the world, represented Australia and been a hitting partner to multiple top 50 pros.I have also established a School Integrated Tennis Academy that is currently the largest and most successful tennis school in Victoria, boasting many state championship titles in our short tenure. Full time athletes receive 10 periods of high performance tennis coaching during schooling hours as part of their education curriculum and I have had over a dozen players receive US College Scholarships.One of my greatest achievements has been coaching the Premiership team at Scotch College. With no taste of victory in over 30 years I was able to deliver their 1sts Tennis flag in my second year at the reigns and for the past two years we remain undefeated at the change after doubles.Through my involvement with Tennis Australia over the past 25 years as a High Performance Level 3 coach and recognised Talent development Coach, I have been awarded a total of 9 State and National awards such as Victorian Coach of the Year, Australian Coach of the Year, Australian Tournament Director of the Year and Mentored other young Victorians who have won Rookie Coach of the Year.
