Conduct Regular inspection of wind turbine component and Installation process to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.2. Collaborate with customer/ Contractor to ensure the quality of materials are inline with requirements. Perform monthly SOP quality audit- self audit for high risk process/ Operations audit for medium risk process.4. Support internal and external audit of quality management system and process.5. Conduct Quality Audit on tool/ tackles.6. Implement and manage NCR process in allignment with Envision quality management system.7. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of non confirmances, Implement containment action.8. Participate in root cause analysis and identifying and implementation of corrective and preventive action.9. Provide training to site personnel on quality standards, procedure and best practices to insure consistent quality performance.13. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost saving in installation and quality assurance process. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including project manager, engineer and subcontractor to communicate quality requirements and resolve issues effectively.
