Working on shifts, in the polymer process in a petrochemical plant, at the petrochemical complex- Responsible for the field operation of the facilities, intervention and diagnosis of process variables- Also responsible for operating the panel in the control room (DCS panel)- Prevent, monitor and diagnose possible problems in the process- Equipment checking routines by taking daily readings (temperature, pump pressure, general conditions)- Experience with pressure vessels, reactors, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, vacuum systems, furnaces, tanks- Commissioning of plant shutdown and start-up- Participation in general shutdown, maintenance monitoring, equipment inspection- Control of different electrical, instrumentation and mechanical systems (operation, reset, startup)- Carrying out maneuvers in the field according to the control room operator, opening valves, starting pumps, etc- Liberation of equipment for maintenance, applying the LOTO – Lockout Tagout system- Permission for hot and cold work, interlocking and operational emergency procedures- Collect samples for the laboratory, and analysis of critical points in the plant- Use of the SAP system for quality issues- Member of the emergency brigade, ready to respond to unplanned events.
