Hello! I am an analytics professional looking to continue the support of corporate digital modernization and data strategy at CAI as an Enterprise Business Analyst.2025 - I have been serving as an Enterprise Business Analyst at CAI since May 2024. Since starting, I have accomplished several milestones. First, I led requirements gathering and vendor sourcing for the selection and implementation of a new Supplier Management Portal for our Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) vertical, with potentials of saving the CWS Operations team over 100 hours per week in their day-to-day process. From there, I have continued my work transforming CAI\'s Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) department. Within this program, I led the implementation of an internal risk management tool using Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate. The creation of this was the key factor in CAI achieving SOC 2 certification, allowing for expanded revenue opportunities and limitless potential for value.Prior to this, I served as a Customer Systems Analyst at Madison Gas and Electric (MG & E) where I led through serving as a functional lead, BI developer, and quality assurance tester throughout the implementation of the Customer Care, Billing and Metering solution from Oracle, Customer-to-Meter (C2M). My team reached success with two SDLCs with C2M, implementing the application to align with business needs and upgrading application with newest version released in 2023 (v2.9).Prior to my role as a CSA for MGE, I also served as a Scrum Master for the Enterprise Product Delivery team at MGE implementing and configuring an HR solution from Oracle, Human Capital Management (HCM). I grew adept to Agile methodologies and streamlined the team’s workstream to align with business users needs. My ability to learn technical skills quickly, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and solution collaboratively earned our team an increase of 20% in work throughput. In November, I was promoted to work as a Business Analyst in MGE\'s Customer Operations Program.
