Engaged with European head office Head of Engineering to develop a plan to support Australian projects, specifically the concept and detailed Structural and Mechanical Engineering works. This included clear definition of roles, accountability and responsibility, requirements to meet Australian standards for Australia projects and developing an understanding of each teams strengths and weaknesses to develop the most effect project team.Managed a Study team to deliver pre-feasibility assessment, budget estimate and delivery schedule for the upgrade and life extension of an existing machine for BHPProject Engineering Management for the delivery of basic and detailed engineering for a Portal Scraper Reclaimer for Spodumene. Coordination of Structural & Mechanical works by the Italian engineering team, and electrical and project management works by the Australian team. Management and Engineering Management support for the Aftermarket division, focussed on the redesign and upgrade of machine transfer chutes to increase output of Magnetite, including an increase of 50% for a Fortescue machine, leading to Magnetite vessel loading records.Tender lead for new project tendering. including development of the tender plan and RACI matrix, tender status meetings, estimate review and approval, schedule development, engineering and project management estimates, and development of project management and engineering management plans and deliverables.
