ABOUT AGATHA KOTANI

A lifelong learner obsessed with solving social and economic challenges, I build bridges between policy, infrastructure, and community impact. My career spans government, public service, and now business development – always focused on translating big ideas into real-world outcomes.As a former Presidential appointee in the Biden-Harris Administration and Congressional staffer, I have held executive leadership roles, led a multi-million-dollar federal agency, and advanced economic and social policy at the federal, state, and local levels. As Chief of Staff at the U.S. Department of Labor’s Women’s Bureau, I helped drive national initiatives to expand pathways and improve conditions for working women, particularly through federal infrastructure investments. As a Capitol Hill staffer I worked on issues ranging from public health during the COVID-19 pandemic to economic development through post-pandemic recovery.Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to complex challenges and the responsibility of turning them into solutions that materially improve people’s lives. Grounded in my lived experience, I bring urgency, empathy, and a deep commitment to building systems that work better for everyone.
