ABOUT AGATA KOWALSKA
I’m a designer and researcher with a background in architecture, now working across service, systemic design and social innovation. I use participatory and qualitative methods to explore how people experience products, services, and cities – whether that means prototyping a digital tool, facilitating a workshop, or mapping complex systems. I’m most motivated by roles where design, research, and systems thinking overlap – especially those with a real-world social or ecological impact.I currently work at Warsaw Social Innovation Lab, helping develop innovation culture within the city structures.
