overall responsibility for IKEA Retail Poland strategic People & Planet Positive direction and securing sustainability is integral part of country Business Plan – based on global People & Planet Positive strategy, local trends & insights, and conditions• accountability for Healthy & Sustainable Living, Circular & Cliamate Positive, and Fair & Equal strategic sustainability areas• integration of Sustainability and People & Planet Positive strategy within the organization (all functions and units)• facilitating integration and development of People & Planet Positive agenda in the stores through People & Planet Positive Commercial Review (review on performance and operational excelence in the area of sustainability)• securing business development & growth with sustainability as one of the core criteria • empowering and mentoring Management Team and Extended Retail Management Group to act as sustainability ambassadors • leading and developing Country Sustainability team/department and matrix partners in the stores• fostering sustainable change and new developments within sustainability • securing One IKEA approach to People & Planet Positive agenda within different IKEA organizations in Poland (i.a. Ingka Centres)• overall accountability and responsibility for Home Solar Business and Energy Services development• overall accountability for Circular developments agenda• securing positive social impact on local communities through market relevant social engagement strategy • maintaining and developing external & internal key stakeholders (including Inter IKEA Group companies) network • managing risk in sustainability area• setting and managing budget• setting sustainability goals for country and units in cooperation with different functions and departments • being IKEA’s spokesperson on sustainability
