About Andrew English

I bring over 20 years of OD consulting experience to clients across a wide range of industries including tech, finance, entertainment, education, healthcare, and government. I have worked with both U.S. and international clients including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Kaiser Permanente, Stanford School of Medicine, Malaria no More, BART, Syntrillo, Salesforce, Google, PepsiCo, Warner Brothers, AMEX, and VISA. In the past, I have built talent management programs, specifically personnel selection and leadership development programs for both internal and external clients. I have also developed and managed employee engagement, 360-degree feedback, and succession planning projects for a wide range of clients. In my coaching practice, I utilize 360-degree feedback results, personality inventories, and adaptive behavior assessments to help my clients gain insights into their behavior at work and their personal well-being. I work with leaders at all levels from individual contributors to the C-suite level. I hold a doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology (FIT), as well as a M.S. in Clinical Psychology. In addition, I have authored over 25 publications and conference presentations on adaptability, effective team performance, leadership development, and 360-degree feedback. Recently, I co-authored Hire Better Teachers Now for Harvard Education Press with 3D Group President, Dr. Dale Rose.
