Advocate Nikhil Rajput is a distinguished arbitration and corporate law professional with extensive expertise in both domestic and international dispute resolution. An alumnus of the University School of Law and Legal Studies (USLLS), GGSIPU, he holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master’s degree in Corporate Law (LL.M.), and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. focused on arbitration and dispute resolution.With a robust tenure at the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) under the Delhi High Court, Nikhil has contributed to over arbitration hearings, gaining deep insight into institutional arbitration practices. He has collaborated with esteemed judges of the Supreme Court, High Courts, and Tribunals, as well as senior designated advocates and arbitrators from diverse sectors including bureaucracy, engineering, architecture, and finance.He has served as Senior Panel Counsel and Government Pleader for the Union of India at the Delhi High Court, and as Additional Central Government Counsel at Rohini Court, representing clients across a wide array of judicial and quasi-judicial forums in Delhi NCR, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, Consumer Forums, Electricity Courts, and Tribunals such as CAT, NCLT, and DRT.Nikhil’s areas of specialization include Arbitration (domestic & international), Corporate Commercial Law, and Banking Law. He has completed multiple diplomas in arbitration, further enhancing his strategic and technical expertise.As a committed scholar and educator, he combines practical experience with academic insight, providing strategic, equitable, and efficient legal solutions.
