After graduating with a degree in Entrepreneurship, Adriana served as an AmeriCorps VISTA member to improve communications and processes to support sustainable marketing and storytelling. Following her service year, she began her career within the fraternity and sorority world. Currently, she works at Sigma Kappa Sorority as a Collegiate support manager where she supervises traveling staff and supports collegiate chapters along with national volunteer teams. Outside of work, Adriana serves on the Advisory Board Supervisor for a local chapter of Sigma Kappa and was named ‘Local Volunteer of the Year’ by the sorority in 2024. As an advisor, Adriana focuses on the chapter’s strategic goals and supports the local volunteer team with an emphasis on member retention and experience.Adriana is based in Richmond, VA.
