ABOUT ADRIAN NOWICKI
I am the founder of an independent advisory firm specializing in fundraising and investor relations, supporting funds and companies in building long-term investor partnerships and executing capital formation strategies. Currently serving two clients with private equity (ARCHIMED - specialist healthcare buyout fund and bValue - specialist tech growth fund) My academic and professional background combines finance, strategy, and healthcare. I hold a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance with ACCA from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and previously worked as a Strategy Analyst at Bank Pekao, contributing to key initiatives for the Corporate Banking, Markets and Investment Banking Division. I also founded and led a student project in Warsaw aimed at broadening career horizons by connecting students with professionals from healthcare, banking, and law. My goal is to help funds and companies raise capital effectively, strengthen investor relationships, and support the growth of businesses that deliver meaningful impact.
