ABOUT ADRIAN GIBSON
I’m a multidisciplinary professional with a career shaped by culinary arts, military service, healthcare, and media entrepreneurship. My journey began in the food industry, working across restaurants, bistros, event catering centers, and various food venues while training through Johnson & Wales University in Miami. I later expanded my foundation through hospitality studies at Florida International University, where I strengthened my understanding of service, operations, and customer experience.I then served in the United States military, where I developed discipline, adaptability, and strong leadership — values that continue to guide everything I pursue.After completing my service, I transitioned into healthcare, earning degrees in Radiologic Technology and Computed Tomography, along with a Master’s in Health Administration from Webster University. I began my radiology/CT career in 2019, where I’ve provided high-quality patient care, operated advanced imaging systems, and ensured accuracy, safety, and compassion in every exam.Around this same time, I began building The ChefMade Experience — combining my culinary roots with media production and storytelling. Today, I’m the Founder and Host of CMX Competition Kitchen, a culinary entertainment platform that showcases chefs, food creators, and small businesses through engaging video production and community-focused events. I also develop the CMX seasoning line, creating blends that reflect my passion for flavor and innovation.My path is unique — from culinary to military to healthcare to digital media — and each chapter adds to the way I lead, create, and serve. I’m committed to building a platform that inspires creativity, highlights local talent, and brings people together through food, culture, and storytelling.
