Lead operations for a hematite processing and packaging facility producing more than metric tons annually, serving the water treatment, glass manufacturing, pigment, and oil & gas drilling industries.Operational Leadership: Direct end-to-end production operations including drying, screening, and packaging using a 28-foot tumble dryer and filtration screen systems. Manage a workforce of 15 employees across production, logistics, and operational support functions. Lead workforce management including hiring, training, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and succession planning. Coordinate preventative maintenance planning including weekly maintenance schedules and quarterly equipment inspections.Financial & Operational Management: Manage plant labor and operational budgets, partnering with finance to support annual forecasting and cost-control initiatives. Maintain operational performance reports and present weekly metrics during financial review meetings with the Director of Operations and VP of Operations.
