My journey into information technology started as a Quality Assurance Analyst (Manual) 6 years ago.And as I progress, I remained a passionate, committed, client-oriented Business Analyst/ Scrum Master/QA Analyst/UAT Coordinator that have eyes for catching defects, with over 4 years performing software testing; creating test documentation and performing test execution geared towards reducing defect leakage, to ensure software meets users’ needs and customers’ expectations; gathering requirements using invest methodology to optimize software development, leading scrum team to perform excellently in agile adoption. Have knowledge and experience in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), agile and waterfall. Key strengths include excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating well working in a team and comfortable working alone, with a goal-oriented approach to problem-solving. Always calm working under pressure and will prioritize appropriately to meet deadline and organizational goals and objectives.
