As an astute Engineer whose background spans the manufacturing, textile, building and service industries, I am known as a Business Optimiser who drives strategies to boost business performance and profitable client relationships. By ensuring our work is effective – that is, we do the right things – and that our services are efficient – that is, we are doing things right, my initiatives distinguish the organisation from its rivals and cements their reputation. To survive in today’s fast-moving business environment, it is imperative companies develop a competitive edge at a rate much faster than we’ve witnessed. As an expert at analysing activities, I gain the edge by driving improvement programs and optimising processes that has seen an uplift in revenues, profits and organisational effectiveness.
