ABOUT ADAM PARKER

I am a dedicated behavioral health professional with over a decade of experience and a deep commitment to patient care. My career progression—from clinician to program manager, Director of Clinical Operations, Executive Director, and now Corporate Director of Outpatient Services—has allowed me to develop broad expertise in mental health, substance use disorders (SUD), and eating disorders (ED) across residential, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).In my current role, I lead the strategic scaling of PHP/IOP mental health programming across multiple regions, while developing and coaching tomorrow’s leaders. I believe in being easy on people, tough on process, guiding leaders to support their teams—so their teams can support the care. It’s the circle of clinical life that fuels sustainable excellence.I specialize in mental health with an emphasis on risk assessment and psychosis, as well as in creating and overseeing programs that address the unique needs of marginalized populations, particularly within LGBTQIA+ communities. My focus on inclusivity, trauma-informed care, and patient-centered approaches ensures individuals receive the support they need to thrive.In addition to overseeing outpatient programs, I am passionate about community advocacy. I collaborate with first responders, lead clinical trainings, and present at conferences to improve care for individuals experiencing homelessness, behavioral health challenges, or substance use.Contributing to positive change through impactful programs, meaningful partnerships, and compassionate care is my greatest reward.
